What existed before the creation of the universe? The answer is there was only the Cosmic Chief. What existed before the Cosmic Chief? The answer is that nothing existed.
The Cosmic Chief is infinite and beyond a day and night and time. The moment when the Cosmic Chief came into existence before the creation of the cosmos, there was no Sun and Moon, which are the only source of day calculation, and thus the exact date of the Cosmic Chief Day was not established and cannot be established. Each day is Cosmic Chief Day, and it cannot be celebrated every day, but we can mark any day as Cosmic Chief Day and celebrate it together. We will celebrate this day every year on 26th November in India or any other willing country. November 26 also has other significance like it is Indian Constitution Day, it is Foundation Day of Mother India Care, it is World Road Safety Oath Day (observed by us) and it is World Sustainable Transport Day recognized by United Nations.
